kimchi fried rice
I was craving for kimchi fried rice for past few days so i went to
get kimchi in cold storage .
I like this brand cause its not very spicy and i love the flavor of this kimchi.

The beauty of kimchi fried rice is that the kimchi does all the work
for you.
its a very simple dish yet it taste so good. with a few
ingredients and With a fried egg on top
kimchi is a traditional Korean fermented vegetable dish that is most
commonly made with cabbage.you can add chicken or bacon whatever you
have in the fridge but i didn’t add any in my kimchi fried rice…there is
few changes in the recipes i didn't add the nori sheet but i add fried
egg.

ingredients:
3 bowls steamed rice (3 cups)
3/4 cup/1 cup Kimchi , chopped
1/4 cup kimchi juice
1-2 tablespoons gochujang
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 finely chopped spring onion
1 tablespoon roasted sesame seeds
1 sheet of kim,(nori) roasted and shredded (op)
2 eggs – sunnyside up
Method:
1.Before you measure out the kimchi, squeeze
out as much juice from the kimchi as you can, into a liquid measuring
cup, this liquid is the “kimchi juice
2.Whisk the kimchi juice, gochujang and soy sauce together until the gochujang is completely dissolved.
3.Heat up a pan. Add the vegetable oil.Add the kimchi and stir fry until the kimchi is starting to brown and is very fragrant.
4.Add rice,and stir fry then add kimchi juice, and gochujang. Stir all the ingredients together for about 7 minutes with a wooden spoon.
5.Add sesame oil and remove from the heat.Sprinkle with chopped green onion, roasted gim, and sesame seeds.
Serve right away.
