Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Chip Loaf

This peanut butter banana bread is super moist and so delicious.
and its fill with a lot of chocolate chips.

250g wheat flour
60g butter room temperature
1 large egg
2 large banana smashed
1 tbs baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
180g creamy peanut butter
150g brown sugar
1 cup chocolate chips
250ml fresh milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
M e t h o d
Preheat oven to
160*C/320*F. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, salt and baking powder; set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together the butter and sugar until well combined
Then add the banana, peanut butter, eggs and vanilla extract until smooth.
Pour dry ingredients into the wet mixture and fold together with the milk don't not over mix the batter fold until just combined.
Gently stir in 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the loaf pan. And sprinkle the rest of the chocolate chips.
Bake until the
loaf is golden brown and a toothpick or thin knife inserted into the centre comes out with just a few moist crumbs,
Bake for 60 minutes.
If your bread appears to be browning too quickly, place a tented piece of parchment paper over it.
Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove to cool completely on a cooling rack.
The cooled bread should be wrapped tightly in plastic wrap; it can be stored at room temperature for up to 5 days.
