Triple chocolate bundt cake

This Saturday i tried baking bundt cake .Doing a bundt cake is a stress , why? if you're baker then you should know Wat Im talking about, yes removing the cake from the pan.. My sister did 3 different  bundt cakes, one came out perfect the other 2 was not successful. for lemon cake she spread the butter evenly and dust with flour, and for chocolate cake she add butter and cocoa for dusting ,I even saw alot of videos and alot of bundt cake recipes everyone  said the same thing BUTTER .but one of the food blogger life ambrosia suggested coconut oil. So i tired using coconut oil (thank god)it did came out in pieces but it was not a perfect looking cake, so i didn't want to upload my full bundt cake picture.(Im sorry cause i was upset it didn't turn out well)in not gonna give up (so is my Sister) im gonna do it again this time im just gonna use generous amount of coconut oil and spread evenly and bake again.... wish me luck

As for ganache i tried dark chocolate with espresso if you're coffee lover you should try this recipe
you can also use  70% chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate .
